Fulfillment Policy

for Cole Technologies

  • Delivery — Orders received before noon MST ship within 2 business days. Orders received after noon MST ship within 3 business days. Credit card orders only. USD only. UPS Ground shipping is standard, unless otherwise specified. Orders exceeding UPS weight or size limits can ship via common carrier of your choice. Cole Technologies shall not be liable for delays or defaults in delivery caused by strikes, fire, flood, differences with workers, raw material shortage, fuel or labor, interruption of transportation facilities, government regulation or restriction, force majeure, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any damage to or loss of products ordered herein ceases upon the delivery of such products in good condition to the carrier and you will assume all risk of damage, injury or loss during transportation. Any such damage, injury or loss shall not release you from your obligations.
  • Call for pricing and availability. Stated pricing does not include international handling charges, customs fees, or import duties. 
  • Returns — No returns are accepted without prior written authorization. Shortages should be reported immediately. A copy of the carrier’s freight bill should be attached to any notice on which a shortage is noted. The order will be considered complete unless noted as backordered. All claims with respect to the products purchased must be brought to our attention promptly, and in writing. Any claim or non-conformity not reported to us in writing within 15 days of receipt of the goods are waived.
  • Cancellations — Cancellations must be placed by calling Customer Service at 520-230-3871, with a follow-up notice in writing to clientservices@coletech.us. Cancellations are at sole discretion of Cole Technologies..
  • Refunds — Refunds may be issued for orders that are cancelled by either party. Funds will be reapplied to credit card on record within 24 hours of cancellation or refund acceptance.
